MultiMedia Objects for PowerBuilder are a set of user objects which allow
developers to create multimedia applications. Written in PowerScript, the
Mutimedia Objects are encapsulated to provide developers the capability to
embed and programmatically control video, audio compact disc, and sound
object controls within applications in the same manner as other
PowerBuilder objects and controls. A "control panel" object is provided for
each multimedia object The control panel is used just like the buttons on a
piece of audio visual equipment. The video object supports AVI and MOV
files, the sound object supports WAV and MIDI files, and the audio compact
disc object controls the play of audio compact discs in CD-ROM drives. For
