Utility for translating database files to word processor merge files.
Allows user to select fields and records for translation. Works with
dBase, Paradox, FoxBase+ and Clipper. Compatible with WordPerfect,
Microsoft Word, WordStar, XyWrite III, Volkswriter 3, IBM DisplayWrite

Software utility that makes database information available to word
processors. Includes a menu-driven interface and context-sensitive
help. Provides a solution for producing secondary merge files that
can be used to produce personalized letters, billing statements,
reports, sales literature, membership solicitations, and other
documents. The user selects a dBase- or Paradox-compatible file and
then chooses the fields to be translated from the database record.
Those fields are then translated from every record, or from a
user-defined range of records. Then the user selects a word processor
and the secondary merge file is automatically created. Logical
operators allow the user to define record selection criteria to target
any cross-section of the database. Includes the added benefit of
automating repeated translations. Supports dBase and Paradox version
4.0, FoxPro version 2.5, Clipper version 5.X, and WordPerfect version
6.0. Provides page up/down for file selection, new date formats, and
