Oracle Express Objects is a visual, object-oriented development environment
 for creating client/server OLAP applications. Offers graphical application
 development capabilities and is open to third-party controls via OLE.
 Express Objects has data-aware controls for viewing and manipulating data,
 as well as controls for analyzing relational data stores. It supports
 both visual development and event-driven programming. The environment
 fully supports object-oriented programming with encapsulation, inheritance,
