capabilities. Apriori GT contains more functionality and features than
Apriori LS, which is the entry-level help desk software for less complex
shops. Apriori LS features all the problem resolution, call management, and
reporting capabilities of Apriori GT, with simpler workflow management
functionality for smaller help desks. Apriori LS offers an easy upgrade
path to Apriori GT. The client supports Windows, Motif, Open Look, and
character-based interfaces; the server supports Unix platforms such as
HP-UX, IBM AIX, and Solaris. Pricing starts at $50,000 for 10 concurrent
