Provides portable B+ tree functions for multi-key ISAM file management
in C. Includes full ANSI prototyped C source code, and operates in
singles user mode (offering full I/O caching) and multi-user
non-server mode (offering full record locking). Allows user to change
modes by linking with a different library. Low level functions
directly access data and index files, and high level functions create
and manipulate ISAM files. The C source code can be compiled for
single-user, multi-user or network applications and can be ported to
over 90 CPU/OS environments. Other features include fixed and
variable length records and indices, single user transaction
processing, dynamic space reclamation, batch operations, set
