CDB/PartRoll is a DB2/MVS utility that addresses a specific problem unique
 to applications handling periodic data. CDB/PartRoll deletes all data
 from partition 1, while optionally archiving the data, moves all data
 from partition 2 into partition 1, from partition 3 into 2, and so on
 until the last defined partition; updates DB2 with the new limitkey values;
