A multidatabase system that allows client/server application development
 using a single view of multiple heterogeneous database systems. Offers
 productivity improvement to application developers who develop mission-critical
 applications that require simultaneous reads and updates to a collection
 of multivendor databases, including CA-OpenIngres, Oracle, Sybase, and
 UniSQL/X. Condenses multiple database interface languages into one language
 that simplifies the management of schematic differences among multiple
 databases when simultaneously updating them within a single transaction.
 Developers can use object-oriented programming languages, such as C++,
 Smalltalk, and Object SQL for application development with existing DBMSs.
 Manages a collection of multivendor databases, while preserving local
 database autonomy. Provides drivers for DBMSs, including Adabas, DB2,
 CA-IDMS, IMS, CA-Ingres, Oracle, Rdb/VMS, RMS, Sybase, and VSAM. Runs
 on Sun SPARCstation or SPARC-compatible, SGI, HP 9000, IBM RS/6000, DigitalAlpha
