Links Lotus 1–2–3 for Windows with Oracle Database Management Systems.
Allows users to query and update Oracle databases from 1–2–3 for
Windows and create spreadsheets and custom macro programs to access
Oracle databases. Provides an interactive access to Oracle data
within 1–2–3, a query builder for users with no SQL experience,
SmartIcons to execute SQL statements with point and click commands,
      spreadsheet-oriented block insert/delete functions, a macro library
for building custom programs and concurrent multiple Oracle sessions.
To retrieve data, update tables and create new databases, users can
use the built-in, menu-level interactive interface or write a
customized interface using the macro library or use a combination of
these two methods. An automatic login procedure handles the
connection process, establishes a communication link with the local or
remote database host and begins an Oracle session. Handles all SQL
commands recognized by Oracle. Oracle warning and error messages are
returned to the spreadsheet for further processing by user macros.
SQL scripts with multiple SQL commands can be submitted by selecting
the cells containing the SQL statements and clicking the script
