XDB's JETConnect provides a DBMS-independent solution for database access
from Java applications. JETConnect is a set of class libraries and drivers
that removes traditional database restrictions and allows instant access
between Java and any DBMS that supports the popular ODBC standard for
database connectivity. Most leading DBMSs are ODBC enabled. JETConnect
supports the full range of ODBC functionality including the support for
DBMS-specific features. For users, this means that their existing ODBC
