IQ/SmartServer provides a three-tier architecture for partitioning data
 access and reporting functions among clients, application servers, and
 database servers. Provides a facility for scheduling and processing queries
 and reports on a server. Includes tools for job monitoring and tracking,
 automatic notification of task completion, deletion of scheduled tasks,
 configuration options to restrict job submission access, error handling,
 and control over the number of concurrent queries. Runs on Windows NT
