    A tool to automatically detect and diagnose application transaction errors
    in the client/server environment. As an end user experiences an application
    failure, this product alerts the network support team, via email or pager,
    that an application failure has occurred, and delivers details on what
    happened, where, and why. Simultaneously alerts the user that an error has
    occurred and that support personnel have been alerted. Persistent problems
    can be resolved quickly by monitoring and logging information about
    application faults across the network. Fault-XPert captures pertinent data
    to create a diagnostic summary so the internal development team can
    determine which applications are responsible for specific faults, and
    resolve problems at the source. Currently available on HP-UX, IBM AIX, and
    OS/2. The workbench, which resides on the systems manager or help desk
    personnel workstation, costs $2000. The fault agent, which detects
