the ability to capture images from scanners, video capture boards, digital
cameras, and other Twain-compatible devices. Consists of a Visual Class
Library, custom builders, online help, complete acquisition samples, and
the 32-bit Espia Media Server. Directly integrated into the Visual FoxPro
form toolbar. Users drop one of the classes on their form and use the
builder to guide them through parameter settings. The product can utilize
the Twain data source user interface of the capture device, or users can
preset their acquisition options and have the acquisition take place behind
the scenes. Features include: single button acquisition; acquire to file
(all formats supported by Espia Image Classes); a memo field or on-screen
window; the ability to vary acquisition parameters (size, depth,
resolution, units, and so on); support for 16- and 32-bit data sources; and
an extensive document handling class. Also supports multipage TIF files.
Runs on Windows 95, Windows NT, Windows 3.1, or Windows For Workgroups 3.1x
