An HTML toolkit and an HTTP server created to help Web page designers
create dynamic Web pages, and to help developers link their Web
applications to the Empress RDBMS and other SQL-compatible databases.
Through the Common Gateway Interface, it integrates database and
administration utilities, creates dynamic Web pages, and works in
conjunction with all Web browsers. Requires no special scripting language.
Provides the flexibility of interfacing to the Empress multimedia RDBMS
