      SQL engine with API that allows Windows and DOS developers to access
      R:Base databases and dBase files from within custom applications.
      Allows user to create, connect and disconnect R:Base databases,
      create, modify and delete new table and view definitions for databases
      and insert, modify and delete rows in database tables.Описание-Т 
      SQL engine with API that allows Windows and DOS developers to access
      R:Base databases and dBase files from within custom applications.
      Provides full ANSI Level 2 SQL facilities to Windows applications,
      high-level Windows programming systems and DOS character-based
      applications. Allows programmers to create and manipulate databases,
      along with associated tables and views. Automatically includes
      multi-user support for database manipulation in the Engine and is
      activated by a single API function call. Provides the same API for
      both Windows and DOS, allowing a developer to write a single
      application that will run in either operating system. Allows user to
      create, connect or disconnect databases, as well as set a variety of
      operating conditions using the database. Creates, alters or drops
      table definitions programmatically. Automatically enforces, by the
      engine, the existing integrity constraints as rows are added, updated
      or deleted. Provides full support for dynamic ANSI Level 2 SQL
      commands including sorting, conditional WHERE clause processing, GROUP
      BY and HAVING clauses, and sub-selects. Fully supports the SQL GRant
      and REVOKE mechanism. Offers password protection. Provides the user
      with full access to dBase III, III+ and IV files. Requires no special
      programming to utilize dBase files including full support for SQL.
      Windows DLL supports simultaneous access to databases by multiple
      applications. Includes full SQL and ODBC error handling via the API
