An installation program for distributing applications or data files into
DOS, Windows 3.x, Windows 95, or Windows NT environments. Provides a full
feature set, and requires less than 30 minutes to create a personalized
installation. Users can designate colors for installation screens, add
personalized titles, display a company logo, and include pre- and
post-installation messages. Checks for a particular CPU or display adapter,
verifies sufficient free disk space, and can start the program when
installation is complete. During installation, it creates the primary
installation directory and any other required directories. Checks VBX and
DLL version numbers and supports self-registering OCXs. Can update AUTOEXEC
and CONFIG files, modifies INI files, and creates Windows groups and icons.
Provides an automatic un-install capability. Supports long file names and
the file registry in Windows 95 and Windows NT. Includes a built-in
compressor with file splitting. Royalty-free license. Free technical
